Shipping Policy – Kuki’s Collection
At Kuki’s Collection, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
We may offer free delivery on selected products or promotions.
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver all over Pakistan. However, delivery may not be available in some remote areas. In such cases, our team will contact you.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (if available).
6. Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier service issues
- Public holidays
Kuki’s Collection is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The courier may attempt delivery again
- Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
