3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

After 3 days, returns will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unopened and unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • All tags and seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required

Opened or used items will NOT be accepted for return.


Important: Electrical & Tech Products

  • Electrical items and tech products are strictly non-returnable once opened
  • If the seal is broken or item is used, return will not be accepted under any condition

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • Damaged item
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item

Contact us immediately so we can help resolve it.


No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges.
If you want a different item, you must return (if eligible) and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened items
  • Electrical / electronic products (once opened)
  • Tech products and gadgets
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable or personal care goods

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
